My current rant is why YouTube and Google rape videos so much. I've followed all the guidelines regarding dimensions, file sizes, audio, bit rates etc, but they videos come out artifacted to hell once uploaded.
I passed a 200meg file to Google video (3 minutes, 640x480 XVID encoded), and it looks like they store it at 160x120!
